GSM Rangers offers software licenses and digital tools on a rental basis. Please read our refund policy carefully before purchasing.
Since all GSM Rangers products are digital, nothing is physically shipped.
Therefore, no physical returns are accepted.
Once a license, tool, or digital service is used, activated, logged in, or accessed, refunds are not possible.
This includes any duration license: 1 hour, 1 month, 1 year, etc.
You may be eligible for a refund only if:
You have not used or activated the license, and
You can provide valid proof that the service has not been used.
If refund conditions are met, GSM Rangers will:
Verify your request
Approve or reject based on evidence
Process the refund within 3–7 business days
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
License already used
Wrong purchase after activation
Attempted misuse of tools
Change of mind after usage
Technical issues caused by the customer’s device or system
