At GSM Rangers, we provide software tools and licenses on a rental basis (1 Hour, 1 Month, 1 Year).
Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any service.
Customers may request cancellation only if the software/service has NOT been used at all.
Once a license key, ID, or password has been activated or used, cancellation is no longer possible.
Cancellation requests must be submitted to info@gsmrangers.com from the registered email address.
GSM Rangers reserves the right to approve or reject cancellation requests depending on verification.
No refund will be issued if the service, software, or license has been used partially or fully.
Refund is only possible if:
The customer has not used the product/service.
Customer provides valid proof of issues or inability to use the service due to a technical problem.
GSM Rangers verifies the issue and confirms that the service was indeed unused.
All approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment .
The following are strictly non-refundable:
Used or partially used software licenses
Hourly rental services
Monthly or yearly licenses that have been activated
Services misused or accessed against usage guidelines
Verified and approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment gateway and the customer’s bank.
